Historically, complete denture therapy has provided clinically acceptable results, however, advances in digital technology have provided new treatment fabrication methods and restorative choices. This presentation will cover the key essential ingredients to the success of digitally fabricated dentures and several fabrication methods to achieve it.

Speaker Information
Dr. Minke is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, and a former Director of the Prosthodontic Residency at Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center.  He is currently a key opinion leader for AvaDent and lectures nationally on digital denture solutions.

Cancellation Policy
CE are administered on an hourly basis. Late arrivals/early departures will have their CE certificated attenuated accordingly. 

CDEWorld reserves the right to close registration when an enrollment limit is reached and to cancel, modify, or alter content or speakers for any course if circumstances necessitate such a change. If we find it necessary to cancel a course, a full refund will be granted. All attempts to contact registrants will be made as soon as possible in the event of a course cancellation. 

In the event of inclement weather (such as a snow emergency) or other extenuating circumstances, CDEWorld may be forced to cancel a course. If a course has been cancelled, we will contact participants by the phone number and/or email address provided. You may call or email our office on the day of the course if you are uncertain of a course’s status.

A full refund will be granted to those cancelling (by telephone or email) 48 or more hours in advance of the event. CDEWorld will not be held responsible for any losses due to travel arrangements made by the registrant.

  • Describe fundamentals of digitally fabricated dentures compared to analog dentures.
  • Describe the reference denture and Wagner techniques of digital denture fabrication.
  • Competently: modify master impression tray for use; modify/finalize a Wagner try-in.
  • Discuss the conversion opportunities between conventional and digital fabrication.
  • Describe scanning of digital workflow steps if scanner is available.
  • Be prepared to start your next denture patient using the digital denture workflow.
