ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Ralph Dolfi, DMD
Dr. Ralph Dolfi practices general dentistry in Cary, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in May of 1979. Dr. Dolfi began his career in the state of North Carolina working with handicapped patients; collaborating with a local psychologist, they published several papers regarding dental care for these specific need patients. After 4 years, his focus changed to solo private practice which he enjoyed for 16 years. Dr. Dolfi then became an adjunct professor at the School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill. In 2002 he went back into private practice and has since received advanced training at numerous top cosmetic dental institutes. Dr. Dolfi has become extremely active in many phases of orthodontics in his family practice, and also has served as a clinical instructor for Six Month Smiles for the past 8 years.  He is also an active member of; The North Carolina Academy of Sleep Medicine, The North Carolina Academy of Sleep Medicine, The Southern Sleep Society, The International Pediatric Sleep Association and The American Academy of Pediatrics.   
   
Jack D. Griffin, Jr., DMD
Dr. Jack D. Griffin is one of the most honored and awarded dentists in the country. Dr. Griffin is one of a hand-full of dentists awarded by his peers Diplomat status with the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry (ABAD), accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).

He considers it a great honor to have been asked to teach many dentists across the country how to meet their professional goals in various topics including practice management, digital photography, direct bonding techniques, cosmetic veneers, and CAD/CAM dentistry. He has lectured at many prestigious meetings and has been published in leading dental journals.

Dr. Griffin graduated dental school from Southern Illinois University, where he received a student dentistry awards and then went on to complete a general dentistry residency at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, with an emphasis in advanced dental care in restorative dentistry, emergency care, implants, oral surgery, and special patient care. Dr. Griffin began his dental practice in Eureka in 1988.

Dr. Griffin is affiliated with many professional organizations including the following: American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Society for Dental Esthetics, American Orthodontic Society, International Association for Orthodontics, American Association for Functional Orthodontics, American Association of Implant Dentistry, Academy of Computerized Dentistry, and other professional organizations. He has taken over 2,000 hours of continuing education since graduating dental school and his commitment to keep learning keeps him at the top of his profession.

Ron Kaminer, DDS, 
Dr. Ron Kaminer is a 1990 graduate of the State of New York Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He has always been passionate about technology and was one of the first 100 dentists in the country to include a hard tissue dental laser into his practice. Over the years he has taught dental lasers technology and minimally invasive dentistry to thousands of dentists worldwide. He sits on the Board of Catapult Education, is a frequent contributor to Mentor magazine, sits on the editorial board of Dental Product Shopper and acts as a clinical consultant to numerous dental manufacturers. While doing all of the above, he practices full time in both his offices in Hewlett and Oceanside N.Y. focusing on minimally invasive and digital dentistry. He is a Fellow of The Academy of General Dentistry, member of the American Dental Association, and member of The Academy of Laser Dentistry.

Gary Radz, DDS
Dr. Gary Radz practices in downtown Denver, CO. He maintains a faculty position at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. He is on the editorial board of 7 different dental journals and has published over 150 articles related to cosmetic and restorative dentistry. For the past 25 years he has lectured internationally. He is a founding member of Catapult Education and on the Board of Directors with SmileSource.

Micheal Will , DDS, MD, 
Dr. Will received his Bachelor’s degree with honors from Washington and Jefferson College, his dental degree with honors from Georgetown University and his medical degree from the University of Texas, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and was ranked at the top of his class.  He completed his General Surgery and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.  Dr. Will also completed a General Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at the Cosmetic Surgery Center in Little Rock, AR.

 He is retired from the US Army with over 20 years of service as a maxillofacial and cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Will established his areas first free-standing outpatient surgery center accredited by the “Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care” that was designed to meet the highest nationally recognized standards of care.  Dr. Will maintains a full-scope combined oral & maxillofacial and cosmetic surgery practice with a dedicated focus on dental implants and grafting along with cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and maintains full hospital privileges in his community. 

Dr. Will maintains residency teaching faculty appointments at the University of Maryland, the Washington Hospital Center, Howard University and the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.  

G. Franklin Shull, DMD
Dr. Shull is a native of Lexington, South Carolina and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the Medical University of South Carolina School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at Palmetto Health Richland.  

Dr. Shull is both a past president of the Greater Columbia Dental Association and the SC Academy of General Dentistry.  He is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and is a faculty member at Palmetto Health Richland Department of Dentistry and the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry.  Dr. Shull is also on the teaching faculty at the L.D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida where he teaches dentists from all around the world about esthetic dentistry.  He has been published in many dental journals and recently contributed to a textbook on comprehensive dentistry.  

Dr. Shull lectures throughout the U.S. on esthetics, dental materials and photography. He lives in Lexington with his wife, son and daughter and enjoys golf and coaching youth sports.

This program will provide attendees with 6 live continuing education credits, plus access to 6 on-demand courses (each worth 2 credits), at no additional charge, for a total of 18 CE credits.

Cancellation Policy
CE are administered on an hourly basis. Late arrivals/early departures will have their CE certificated attenuated accordingly. 

CDEWorld reserves the right to close registration when an enrollment limit is reached and to cancel, modify, or alter content or speakers for any course if circumstances necessitate such a change. If we find it necessary to cancel a course, a full refund will be granted. All attempts to contact registrants will be made as soon as possible in the event of a course cancellation. 

In the event of inclement weather (such as a snow emergency) or other extenuating circumstances, CDEWorld may be forced to cancel a course. If a course has been cancelled, we will contact participants by the phone number and/or email address provided. You may call or email our office on the day of the course if you are uncertain of a course’s status.

A full refund will be granted to those cancelling (by telephone or email) 48 or more hours in advance of the event. CDEWorld will not be held responsible for any losses due to travel arrangements made by the registrant.
