Ralph Dolfi, DMD 
Dr. Ralph Dolfi practices general dentistry in Cary, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in May of 1979. Dr. Dolfi began his career in the state of North Carolina working with handicapped patients; collaborating with a local psychologist, they published several papers regarding dental care for these specific need patients. After 4 years, his focus changed to solo private practice which he enjoyed for 16 years.Always garnering a thrill from the teaching aspects of his profession, Dr. Dolfi then became an adjunct professor at the School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill. In 2002 he went back into private practice and has since received advanced training at numerous top cosmetic dental institutes. He is also an active member of; The North Carolina Academy of Sleep Medicine, The North Carolina Academy of Sleep Medicine, The Southern Sleep Society, The International Pediatric Sleep Association and The American Academy of Pediatrics.  As a practitioner always willing to explore new challenges, he has found The HealthyStart program to be an exciting and truly cutting edge treatment for his younger patients.

Dr. Dolfi and his wife Karen have been married for 39 years. Since their 3 children are all out and about experiencing the challenges of life, they currently live together in Cary, North Carolina. 

Jack D. Griffin, Jr., DMD
Dr. Jack D. Griffin is one of the most honored and awarded dentists in the country. Dr. Griffin is one of a hand-full of dentists awarded by his peers Diplomat status with the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry (ABAD), accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).

He considers it a great honor to have been asked to teach many dentists across the country how to meet their professional goals in various topics including practice management, digital photography, direct bonding techniques, cosmetic veneers, and CAD/CAM dentistry. He has lectured at many prestigious meetings and has been published in leading dental journals.

Dr. Griffin graduated dental school from Southern Illinois University, where he received a student dentistry awards and then went on to complete a general dentistry residency at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, with an emphasis in advanced dental care in restorative dentistry, emergency care, implants, oral surgery, and special patient care. Dr. Griffin began his dental practice in Eureka in 1988.

Dr. Griffin is affiliated with many professional organizations including the following: American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Society for Dental Esthetics, American Orthodontic Society, International Association for Orthodontics, American Association for Functional Orthodontics, American Association of Implant Dentistry, Academy of Computerized Dentistry, and other professional organizations. He has taken over 2,000 hours of continuing education since graduating dental school and his commitment to keep learning keeps him at the top of his profession.

Michael Klein, DDS
Michael Klein, D.D.S. graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency program at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Klein received his training in Oral Implantology by completing a two year, full-time Fellowship in Oral Implantology and Biomaterials at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He then completed Specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Klein was a Clinical Associate Professor at New York University College of Dentistry in the Department of Periodontology and Implantology for 17 years. Dr. Klein is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI). He is a Fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration and a Fellow of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics. He has pioneered the technology used in computer guidance for dental implant surgery and holds multiple patents for this technology. Dr. Klein founded Implant Logic Systems, a commercial leader in the development of technology, software and hardware for computer guided dental implant surgical procedures. Dr. Klein successfully sold the company to BioHorizons Implant Company in 2008. Dr. Klein is the Director of Advanced Implant Dentistry and Oral Restoration in Cedarhurst, New York, where he maintains a private practice limited to Prosthodontics and Oral Implantology. Dr. Klein is the Medical Director and VP Research and Development of Paltop Advanced Dental Solutions. He has co-authored a book, The Atlas of Oral Implantology, as well as numerous book chapters and articles on Implant Dentistry. Dr. Klein speaks nationally as well as internationally on a variety of topics in Oral Implantology.

Susan McMahon, DMD, AAACD
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine, Dr. McMahon enjoys one of the largest cosmetic dental practices in Western Pennsylvania. She is accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and an invited Fellow of the prestigious American Society for Dental Aesthetics.  An author and lecturer, Dr. McMahon has devoted her professional career to the pursuit of advanced technologies in cosmetic and minimally invasive dentistry. She is a past clinical instructor in Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at the University of Pittsburgh. She is the Director of New Product Evaluation  and a Speaker for Catapult Education. She frequently lectures across the United States on minimally invasive dentistry and conservative cosmetic dentistry for teenagers and young adults. A seven time award winner in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry’s Annual Smile Gallery. Dr. McMahon has twice been awarded gold medals. She had been honored as a Top Dentist 15 times.   She has also been voted by her peers as a Top Pittsburgh Dentist every year for over a decade.

Gary Radz, DDS
Dr. Gary Radz practices in downtown Denver, CO. He maintains a faculty position at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. He is on the editorial board of 7 different dental journals and has published over 150 articles related to cosmetic and restorative dentistry. For the past 25 years he has lectured internationally. He is a founding member of Catapult Education and on the Board of Directors with SmileSource.  

G. Franklin Shull, DMD
Dr. Shull is a native of Lexington, South Carolina and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the Medical University of South Carolina School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at Palmetto Health Richland.  

Dr. Shull is both a past president of the Greater Columbia Dental Association and the SC Academy of General Dentistry.  He is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and is a faculty member at Palmetto Health Richland Department of Dentistry and the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry.  Dr. Shull is also on the teaching faculty at the L.D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida where he teaches dentists from all around the world about esthetic dentistry.  He has been published in many dental journals and recently contributed to a textbook on comprehensive dentistry.  

Dr. Shull lectures throughout the U.S. on esthetics, dental materials and photography. He lives in Lexington with his wife, son and daughter and enjoys golf and coaching youth sports.

Cancellation Policy
CE are administered on an hourly basis. Late arrivals/early departures will have their CE certificated attenuated accordingly. 

CDEWorld reserves the right to close registration when an enrollment limit is reached and to cancel, modify, or alter content or speakers for any course if circumstances necessitate such a change. If we find it necessary to cancel a course, a full refund will be granted. All attempts to contact registrants will be made as soon as possible in the event of a course cancellation. 

In the event of inclement weather (such as a snow emergency) or other extenuating circumstances, CDEWorld may be forced to cancel a course. If a course has been cancelled, we will contact participants by the phone number and/or email address provided. You may call or email our office on the day of the course if you are uncertain of a course’s status.
