ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Ron Kaminer, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Ron Kaminer is a 1990 graduate of the State of New York Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He has always been passionate about technology and was one of the first 100 dentists in the country to include a hard tissue dental laser into his practice. Over the years he has taught dental lasers technology and minimally invasive dentistry to thousands of dentists worldwide. He sits on the Board of Catapult Education, is a frequent contributor to Mentor magazine, sits on the editorial board of Dental Product Shopper and acts as a clinical consultant to numerous dental manufacturers. While doing all of the above, he practices full time in both his offices in Hewlett and Oceanside N.Y. focusing on minimally invasive and digital dentistry. He is a Fellow of The Academy of General Dentistry, member of the American Dental Association, and member of The Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Al Manesh, DMD
After graduating from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1993, Al Manesh, DMD, completed his general practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center. In 2007, he founded Mission Dental Implant Center in Mission Viejo, California. Dr. Manesh is a published author, noted lecturer, and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, as well as an active member of the American Dental Association, the Orange County Dental Society, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Periodontology, and the Academy of Osseointegration. In 2015, Dr. Manesh founded the Ceramic Implant Institute, where he teaches professional training courses including how to place and restore holistic-friendly ceramic zirconia dental implants as well as implant-related periodontal and prosthodontic procedures.
Thomas Bilski, DMD
After graduation from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry (1988) he began his practice in Independence, Ohio with a special emphasis on esthetic and restorative dentistry. Since then Dr. Bilski provides general dental care, Smile Makeovers for Victims of Domestic Violence and educational seminars within his community. He received his dental implantology fellowship from the Midwest Implant Institute in 2010 and completed his externship program in 1992. Dr. Bilski is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Dental Association, American Academy of Oral Systemic Health. Dr. Bilski has been presented with 5 medals (two gold medals, two silver medals and one bronze medal) in the AACD annual Smile Gallery. Dr. Bilski is the clinical co-director at the Midwest Implant Institute, Columbus, Ohio, where he instructs doctors in cosmetic and dental implant concepts related to esthetics and restoring anterior teeth in a “hands on” format.

Payam Ataii, DMD
A graduate of Tufts School of Dental Medicine, with an externship at Harvard, Dr. Ataii is a nationally recognized speaker and key opinion leader. He maintains a private practice in Laguna Hills, California, is a member of the Align faculty, founder of the National Association of Dental Professionals, has authored numerous publications in the refereed literature, and holds three patents in dental technology.
Diana Batoon, DMD
Dr. Diana Batoon founded Bonita Dental in Scottsdale, AZ. A graduate of Tufts University with specialized training in Dental Cosmetic from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Batoon completed a General Practice Residency at VA Hospital in Loma Linda, California and has have over 20 years experience in the dentistry field. Dr. Batoon has extensive training in Full Mouth Rehab, TMJ, Dental Implant Restorations and Sleep Medicine. She has implemented clear aligner therapy in her private practice and is an international speaker on dental sleep medicine and clear aligner therapy.

Paresh Patel, DDS
Dr. Paresh Patel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and the Medical College of Georgia/AAID MaxiCourse. He is a fellow of the Misch International Implant Institute and a diplomate of the ICOI.
Dr. Patel has published numerous articles in leading dental journals, and has worked as a lecturer and clinical consultant on dental implants and prosthetics for several companies. Dr. Patel maintains private practices in Lenoir and Mooresville, North Carolina.

CDEWorld reserves the right to close registration when an enrollment limit is reached and to cancel, modify, or alter content or speakers for any course if circumstances necessitate such a change. If we find it necessary to cancel a course, a full refund will be granted. All attempts to contact registrants will be made as soon as possible in the event of a course cancellation.
In the event of inclement weather (such as a snow emergency) or other extenuating circumstances, CDEWorld may be forced to cancel a course. If a course has been cancelled, we will contact participants by the phone number and/or email address provided. You may call or email our office on the day of the course if you are uncertain of a course’s status.
