Esthetic Continuum

Augusta, GA • Friday, September 23, 2016, 8 a.m. - Saturday, September 24, 2016, 5 p.m.
Esthetic Continuum Event Image This program will present a systematic step-by-step approach to resolve esthetic problems with predictable results and improved laboratory support. It will cover critical details of porcelain veneers and all ceramic crown techniques in terms of system selection, cement and adhesive selection, and bonding sequence. It will also cover the occlusal management of esthetic cases in order to minimize porcelain fractures and complications. The participant will have the opportunity to apply what has been demonstrated via a hands-on exercise in our state-of-the art simulation laboratory. Additional relevant topics will be discussed to assist the practitioner in developing a well-rounded approach to diagnosis and treatment planning of complex esthetic and functional cases.

“This was an excellent 2-Day esthetic course. It touched all the aspects of my daily practice and will help me improve my techniques. I appreciate all the knowledge passed down by Dr. Chiche and the esthetic team.”

This all-ceramic preparation workshop will focus on different preparation designs according to the clinical situations (ex. diastema closure, pre-existing restorations, etc.). Ceramic selection and cementation protocols will be reviewed as the preparations are executed on typodont models in a systematic fashion using dedicated kits designed by Dr. Chiche. The preparations will include:
• Porcelain veneer preparation on a maxillary central incisor
• Porcelain veneer preparation on a lateral incisor
