Lou Graham, DDS
Dr. Graham is an internationally recognized lecturer extensively involved in continuing education for dental professionals, and a published author in many leading national and international dental journals. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, Chicago Dental Society and Illinois Dental Association. Dr. Graham is a graduate of Emory Dental School and the former Dental Director of the University of Chicago’s Department of Dentistry. He enjoys providing dental care at his multi-specialty private practice group, University Dental Professionals, in Chicago, IL - Hyde Park.

Lisa Koenig, BChD, DDS, MS
Dr. Koenig currently serves as Professor and Program Director of Oral Medicine and Oral Radiology at Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received the Marquette University School of Dentistry Full-time Faculty Excellence in Teaching Award in 2009 and the Marquette University Rev. John P. Raynor Teaching Excellence Award in 2010. Dr. Koenig has been Board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology since 1996 and is Past-President of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. Her maxillofacial imaging textbook “Diagnostic Imaging: Oral and Maxillofacial” was released in October of 2011 and a new book which she co-authored on Dental Implants was released in June, 2014. She is currently working on an on-line resource for oral and maxillofacial radiology called Stat Dx to complement the Diagnostic Imaging textbook.

Kaveh Ghaboussi, DMD
Dr. Ghaboussi is one of the few dentists in the country who has qualified for, and been awarded with a Mastership in the American Dental Implant Association, and a Diplomate from the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation for his excellence and clinical abilities in sedation, and implant dentistry. To better serve his patients, he is an active member in the American Dental Association, Dental Organization For Conscious Sedation, Reconstructive Dentistry Institute, as well as the American Dental Implant Association. Dr. Ghaboussi has helped dentists from across the United States in implementing new procedures in their offices, such as: CAD/CAM, cosmetic dentistry, photography, and dental implants. He has been a featured speaker for many public groups and events on topics such as growth and development, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and oral health.

Christine Taxin
Christine Taxin is a vision-driven person finding strength and direction from her inner convictions. Her energetic, thought-provoking and successful program development shines a bright light for others to preview the future and find their place in it. She is the founder and president of Links2Success, which delivers continuing education seminars for dental and medical professionals, and she serves as an adjunct professor at the New York University (NYU) Dental School and Resident Programs for New York City Programs. Christine Taxin has been awarded “Leader in Consulting” for the past three years in Dentistry Today’s List. As a provider of continuing dental education, Ms. Taxin has been a guest speaker for many meetings. Christine Taxin has been asked back to the Greater New York meeting two years in a row, along with many other meetings across the country. The AGD has approved her company Links2Success as a national provider of PACE continuing education credits. Ms. Taxin’s new book “Codelyology” is the first of its kind within the Dental Industry and will be in the pockets of every dental professional.

John C. Flucke, DDS
Dr. John Flucke is in private practice in Lee’s Summit, Missouri where he spends 4 days per week in direct patient care. He serves as Technology Editor for Dental Products Report magazine as well as Chief Dental Editor where he writes, edits, and produces demonstrational videos of products featured in his Technology Evangelist columns. In addition to having one of the most popular dental blogs, The Dental Technology Blog, Dr. Flucke also lectures extensively on all aspects of clinical dentistry as well as technology in dentistry. He's been featured at every major dental meeting in the U.S. and international locations. Dr. Flucke uses technology in every aspect of his practice; pushing himself to constantly be on the leading edge. He also consults with manufacturers helping with development of techniques, technologies, and products which allows him to see things from the “duct tape stage” all the way through to the completed item. He is a past president of the Greater Kansas City Dental Society as well as serving as the Missouri State Peer Review Chairman.

Chuck Majors, DDS
A second generation dentist, Dr. Chuck Majors was raised in Bridge City, Texas where his father practiced dentistry 32 of his 40 years. He developed a passion for being a lifetime learner at an early age. He attended Lamar University and then graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch Houston in 1982. Dr. Majors is a graduate of the Misch International Implant Institute, the Dawson Academy Continuum, Pikos Implant Institute Continuum, UTSA Implant Preceptorship, Hybridge Technique Implant Training and certified provider, numerous trainings at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI), Montefiore IV Anesthesia Training, Conscious Sedation Training and numerous other post graduate training programs.

JoAn Majors, RDA
Ms. JoAn Majors, is a professional speaker, author and RDA. She and Dr. Majors both enjoy successful careers in dentistry. They co-founded Dentistry by Choice, a training LLC, in 2004 and have been referred to as, “Dentistry’s Dynamic Duo” or “The Poster Couple” as they speak, train and write together.
