Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional occupants will be charged at a rate of $50 US per person, per night plus applicable charges listed below, with a maximum of four (4) persons per guest room allowed. This provision shall not apply to children eleven (11) years of age and younger sharing a room with parents and/or  guardians using the existing bedding in the room. Rooms are subject to applicable taxes, gratuities, service fees and  charges. All reservations shall require a deposit equal to a two (2) night guest stay per guaranteed room. Deposits will be refunded in full should the reservation be cancelled more than thirty (30) days prior to the Arrival Date. The deposit  is non-refundable within thirty (30) days of guests’ arrival date.

Dentists are eligible for 12 CE credits upon completion of these lectures.  

Clinical Research Dental is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Cancellations received by September 30, 2014 will be fully reimbursed without penalty.  Cancellations received after September 30, 2014 will be either 1) reimbursed at half the tuition fee, or 2) fully credited to your account for use toward any purchase within one year.  Please indicate your choice if cancelling.
