This article describes how teeth bleaching can be expedited by the use of clear aligner trays, which are used concurrently for the patient’s orthodontic therapy. The effectiveness of bleaching using aligner trays, especially on areas of the teeth that are covered by the composite attachments employed in aligner therapy, is also discussed. This article features a case study demonstrating the combined use of these bleaching and orthodontic modalities.
