Abstract
Medical emergencies are an unfortunate reality in any dental practice. It is incumbent upon practitioners and their staffs to be versed in the appropriate protocols and measures to optimize outcomes when these situations arise. This lecture will review the standard emergency kit and its appropriate uses.
