Alveolar ridge management following tooth extraction is critical for achieving predictable functional and esthetic outcomes in implant dentistry. This webinar will review the biologic principles underlying post-extraction bone remodeling and clearly differentiate socket preservation from ridge augmentation procedures. Through a case-based approach, various clinical scenarios will be presented to help clinicians determine when each technique is indicated. Practical, evidence-based protocols will be discussed to guide material selection, timing, and surgical execution for predictable ridge preservation and reconstruction.
