The Magic of Air for Managing Dysbiotic Biofilms Around Implants & Teeth

Karen Davis, RDH, BSDH

March 2025 Course
Expires: Friday, March 31st, 2028

Web Only

Abstract

Dysbiotic biofilms fuel diseases within and outside of the oral cavity. Novel technology and compelling scientific evidence incorporating Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) warrants careful understanding of how this method of biofilm management benefits the patient, the practice and the clinician. GBT requires a shift in traditional methods, but the rewards are minimally invasive, comfortable, and safe eradication of dysbiotic biofilms from implants, teeth, and periodontal pockets.
