Author Qualifications:
Sandra Hulac, DDS, FAACD, is co-founder of Tam, Hulac & Partners, one of the few interdisciplinary dental practices in Hong Kong. She is an Accredited Member of the AACD. She has published several articles, is a Clinical Instructor at the Kois Center in Seattle, an Honorary Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong and part of the guest faculty at the Australasian College of Dental Practitioners.
