Abstract
The Case Studies and Best Practices course is designed to provide dentists with an opportunity to analyze real-life scenarios related to opioid prescribing in the dental practice. This session will focus on applying best practices and evidence-based guidelines to make informed decisions regarding opioid therapy. Participants will enhance their critical thinking skills, problem solving abilities and understand the complexities involved in opioid prescribing. By the end of this course, participants will be better equipped to navigate opioid prescribing challenges and optimize patient care in the context of pain management.
