Abstract

As clinical procedures in esthetic dentistry continue to expand and improve, the dental team’s role is evolving. Connecting with patients and understanding their desires are key to getting them to share their expectations. Increasing case acceptance is easy when we know what to ask and how to speak. This course takes the dental team through proper records gathering, treatment planning, and case acceptance for whitening and esthetic treatment.
