Abstract
Socket grafting has been shown to reduce bone loss, maintain ridge proportion, enhance esthetic outcomes, and fulfill patient expectations. In this clinical training session, Dr. Aghaloo will discuss achieving predictable results by grafting extraction sockets for ridge preservation utilizing osteoconductive bone grafting materials.
