Cancellation Policy

CDEWorld reserves the right to close registration when an enrollment limit is reached and to cancel, modify, or alter content or speakers for any course if circumstances necessitate such a change. If we find it necessary to cancel a course, a full refund will be granted. All attempts to contact registrants will be made as soon as possible in the event of a course cancellation.
In the event of inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances, CDEWorld may be forced to cancel a course. If a course has been cancelled, we will contact participants by the phone number and/or email address provided. You may call or email our office on the day of the course if you are uncertain of a course’s status.
A full 100% refund will be granted to those cancelling (by telephone or email) two weeks (September 11, 2020) or more in advance of the event. No refund will be issued for cancellations 10 days or less before the event (September 15-25, 2020).
