Opening Remarks: John Flucke, DDS
The chief dental editor of Dental Products Report and dentistry’s “technology evangelist,” Dr. Flucke will open the program with an overview of the current trends in the CBCT market, and talk about how implementing the technology in your practice can boost your workflow and benefit your patients. 

CBCT Imaging in the Dental Specialties: Lisa Koenig, DDS, MS
Dr. Koenig, the author of Diagnostic Imaging: Oral and Maxillofacial, will discuss the differences between 2D and 3D imaging, the clinical advantages of CBCT imaging, and how it can be used in a range of clinical procedures. She will also discuss the liability issues associated with CBCT, radiation dosages, and how the technology impacts pathology and diagnosis.

CBCT: My Journey to Digital EnlightenmentKaveh Ghaboussi, DMD
The owner-dentist of Madison Smile Solutions in Madison, WI, Dr. Ghaboussi holds elite mastership in the American Dental Implant Association. He will share his story of what made him move toward 3D dentistry, how he integrated digital technology, and what impact it had on his practice. He will offer pointers on how researching technology and how to deal with any resistance from the staff, and what education and training is required to transition to 3D dentistry.

Digital Workflow- Part 1 & Part 2: John Flucke, DDS

After the networking luncheon, Dr. Flucke will talk in depth about how to incorporate a digital workflow, citing clinical examples to highlight the technology’s applications and benefits, and how to use CBCT in diagnosis.
Speaker Information
John Flucke, DDS
Dr. Flucke maintains a private practice in Lee's Summit, Missouri, where he spends four days per week in direct patient care. He is also the Technology Editor and Chief Dental Editor for Dental Products Report.
Dr. Flucke lectures extensively on all aspects of clinical dentistry, as well as technology in dentistry, and has been a featured speaker at ever major US and international dental meeting.

Lisa Koenig, BChD, DDS, MS
Dr. Koenig currently serves as Professor and Program Director of Oral Medicine and Oral Radiology at Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received the Marquette University School of Dentistry Full-time Faculty Excellence in Teaching Award in 2009 and the Marquette University Rev. John P. Raynor Teaching Excellence Award in 2010.
Dr. Koenig has been Board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology since 1996 and is Past-President of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. Her maxillofacial imaging text-book “Diagnostic Imaging: Oral and Maxillofacial” was released in October of 2011 and a new book which she co-authored on Dental Implants was released in June, 2014.

Kaveh Ghaboussi, DMD

Dr. Ghaboussi is one of the few dentists in the country who has been awarded both a Mastership in the American Dental Implant Association and a Diplomate from the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. Dr. Ghaboussi lectures nationally on practice growth and development, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and oral health. He maintains a private practice in Madison, Wisconsin.
